We ask for a Tax ID here only so your year-end documents are prepared correctly. Your banking details are never collected on this form. You will enter those yourself in the secure owner portal once your account is open, and only you will ever see them.

Rent payments

Rent is disbursed by ACH. After you submit this application and we open your account, you will receive a welcome email with a link to your owner portal, where you add your bank details directly. Intempus staff never handle your account number, and it never travels by email or through this website.
